Hey Sports Tech Fans,
Sunday seems to be the clear winner for users coming to SportsTech.Live and largely from organic search results, 85.9%!
It’s surprising that Sunday would be leading the way but I guess Sunday is a very sports focused day.
No more so than Super Bowl Sunday, which is this weekend!
Naturally, there are a lot of NFL stories below.
It will be a very different offering given the circumstances but it still promises to be an excellent game with the $5 million ads, 5G, Nickelodeon in the pre-game show and a bunch of other innovations coming to the fore.
The game sees two of the best QB’s in the league with the Tom Brady taking on Patrick Mahomes. Quite possibly the greatest quarterback of all time and the apparent heir to that throne.
With betting markets now live and legal in a lot of states it promises to be a bumper day for gambling companies as the NFL is among the most popular sports in the world to bet and no more so than in the US.
With Covid restrictions across many states, those gambling companies with online and mobile sportsbooks are set for a very busy day.
I am sure Emily from Odds.com will have some interesting insights and analytics on the numbers around this years Super Bowl betting.
Have a great sporting weekend.
Will
